Excellent - pure ingredients. Helps me with mental endurance. The only thing I did not like was that the tear mechanism results in a hole that is not optimized for fast removal of the contents. It's easier just to use scissors.I would have preferred just pure powder in the bag without the packet packaging, but I guess this does make portioning easier to figure out and also is good for travel.
