1. Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund 100% of your product purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days of delivery.

What's Covered:

  • All Nature Echo products purchased directly from our website (www.natureechosupplements.com)
  • First-time purchases and one-time orders
  • Subscription orders (first shipment only)

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Timeframe

Your refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (not the order date). Delivery date is confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

2.2 Purchase Channel

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from www.natureechosupplements.com. Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

2.3 Account Standing

Your account must be in good standing with no history of fraudulent activity or abuse of our guarantee policy.

2.4 One Guarantee Per Product

The Money-Back Guarantee applies once per product type per customer. For example, you can request a refund for CoQ10 Gummies once, but if you repurchase the same product, it will not be eligible for another guarantee.

2.5 Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, only the first shipment is eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee. Subsequent shipments are not covered, but you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next shipment.


3. What We Do NOT Accept as Returns

Please note that we do not accept physical product returns. You do not need to ship products back to us to receive a refund.

However, the following are NOT eligible for refunds:

4. How to Request a Refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, follow these simple steps:

  • Order Number: Found in your order confirmation email
  • Product Name: The product you're requesting a refund for

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify your order details and eligibility within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Refund Approval

Once approved, we'll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.


5. Refund Details

5.1 What's Refunded

  • Product purchase price: 100% refund of the product cost
  • Sales tax: Refunded if applicable

5.2 What's NOT Refunded

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping: Since we don't require you to return products, this doesn't apply
  • Rush processing fees: Non-refundable

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the card used at checkout
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded to the original source

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.


6. Subscription Orders

6.1 First Shipment Guarantee

If you start a subscription, your first shipment is covered by our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 15 days of receiving your first delivery.

6.2 Canceling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and managing subscriptions

Important: To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled delivery date.

6.3 Subsequent Shipments

Subsequent subscription shipments are not covered by the Money-Back Guarantee, as you've already tried the product and chosen to continue. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.


7. Bundle and Multi-Product Orders

If you purchased a bundle or multiple products in one order:

  • You may request a refund for individual products within the bundle
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on the prorated individual product price
  • You can request refunds for multiple products if each product is eligible under the guarantee terms

Example: If you bought a 3-product bundle for $90 and want to return one product, the refund would be approximately $30 (1/3 of the bundle price).


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

8.1 Report Immediately

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@natureechosupplements.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

8.2 Resolution

We will:

  • Send a replacement product at no cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping costs)

Note: Damaged or defective product claims do not count against your Money-Back Guarantee eligibility.


9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Use of stolen credit cards or payment information
  • Abuse of the Money-Back Guarantee across multiple accounts
  • Providing false information in refund requests

Accounts flagged for fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from making future purchases.


10. State-Specific Rights

Some states provide additional consumer protection rights that may apply to your purchase. This Money-Back Guarantee does not limit any legal rights you may have under state or federal law.
