How do I join the Nature Echo Wellness Club?
Simply create an account by clicking the "JOIN THE CLUB" button at the top of this page. You will automatically receive 25 bonus points for joining!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, joining our email list, following us on social media, celebrating a birthday, and creating an account!
How do I spend my points?
Log into your account, head to the Rewards page, and select the reward or product discount you'd like to redeem points for. You can apply the discount code at checkout.
Do my points ever expire?
Points will expire after 365 days of account inactivity. As long as you make a purchase or earn points within a year, your points remain active!
Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?
Once you log into your account, your current points balance will be displayed at the top of the Rewards page.
What happens to my points if I return my order?
If you return an order, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
How do I level up to a new tier?
Tiers are determined by your total spend within a 12-month period. Reaching $100 unlocks Self-Care Queen, and $300 unlocks Pop Icon status!
