Maple Pecan Mushroom Coffee Latte

INGREDIENTS

MAKES 1 SERVINGS
  • 1 labeled serving Nature Echo 11-in-1 Mushroom Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) warm water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (22 mL) pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) pecan butter (or 1 tablespoon finely chopped toasted pecans)
  • 8 fl oz (240 mL) milk of choice
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Optional: extra chopped pecans for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dissolve the Nature Echo Mushroom Coffee in the warm water in a mug.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm the milk with the maple syrup and pecan butter, whisking until the pecan butter melts and the milk is steaming.
  3. Pour the maple pecan milk into the mug and stir until combined.
  4. Top with a pinch of nutmeg and chopped pecans, if using.
