Coconut Iced Mushroom Americano

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 labeled serving Nature Echo 11-in-1 Mushroom Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) warm water
  • 8 fl oz (240 mL) chilled coconut water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: splash of coconut milk for a creamier drink

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dissolve the Nature Echo Mushroom Coffee in the warm water in a small cup.
  • Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice and pour in the coconut water.
  • Add the mushroom coffee and stir for 15-20 seconds until evenly mixed.
  • Add a splash of coconut milk, if desired, and serve immediately.
